We chatted with the effervescent Australian artist as part of Potato Head’s Desa Dialogues series

HAAi fills us in on how she got into electronic music, finding creative flow, and the importance of backing new artists. Recorded at Headstream, Desa Potato Head, while she was in town for her Klymax Discotheque set.

London-based HAAi is a respected DJ and producer known for her psychedelic, floor-driven sound. She’s released music on Mute, put together a mix for the DJ-Kicks series, held down a residency on BBC Radio 1, and regularly performs at the world’s most renowned clubs and festivals. More recently, she’s launched her own party series, Unison.
