True to form, the Soundistan team have curated a tasty looking line-up of talent for this one.

First, we have South Korea’s Closet Yi. We Checked some of her sets out, and her music is dope. She skillfully weaves freaky textures - some tough, some deep, some psychedelic - and her sound is fully engaging and highly refined. One half of Seoul lady duo C'est Qui, she also stands her own ground as a DJ and producer. From Berlin to Tokyo, she's played with acts ranging from Move D to Krystal Klear and holds her own weekly show on the award-winning Seoul Community Radio. As C'est Qui, they're not only inspiring young females to create and perform in a male-dominated industry, they are doing it whilst playing high-quality electronic music.

Next up on the bill is Abhi Meer. Producer, DJ and one of the mainstays at boxout.fm, India's (and perhaps the region's) premier online radio for alternative culture and music, there are few that match him when it comes to making shit happen. His music critic and radio host background allows him a deep understanding of both the headphones and the dancefloor, landing him gigs at Boiler Room, Magnetic Fields and many more. Expect atmospheric electro, techno and acid with consistent basslines that keep you moving. Sounds from the Mumbai.

Finally, one of our local favourites - and Soundistan regular - Elaheh will also be on duty. We heard her play when she warmed up for DJ Kent, and it’s fair to say we got completely lost in her sound. Deep, wigged out and low slung grooves, interspersed with fucked up psychedelics and some kind of heavy, freaky funk. As the organisers themselves recognise, she more than holds her own against the supposedly ‘big name’ artists who pass through town.
