The collective best-known for their celebrated party-boat series, Karma Kruise, have already sold-out their PM2.5 escape party set in Bangkok’s Bang Krachao island. Unsurprising, as the city continues to choke in smog, that the local underground community jumped at the chance to hop on a quick long-tail boat ride across the Chao Phraya to make merry in the thickly forested refuge of the ‘Green Lung’.

Fortunately for those who missed out, or indeed anyone who doesn’t want to stop the dance, the gang have organised an after-party at Thong Lo’s De Commune.

To ensure energy-levels don’t dip, they’ve enlisted The Observatory resident Nic Ford. Aside from regularly spinning at the Saigon since it opened in 2013, Nic is one half of acclaimed production outfit MadderModes, who have released on labels including DRED, Voodoo Down, and Millions of Moments. He’s been djing and voraciously collecting all kinds of good music since the mid-'90s, and first cut his teeth as a resident at Manchester’s Dry 201 (Factory Records).

Joining him on the turntables will be locally-based DJs Marmosets and Mae, and between the three of them, they’re certain to keep bodies moving into the small hours.

The Karma Klique always deliver, so this is highly recommended. Full event info can be found here
